AANHPI Eats Week

In celebration of Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, MSG Hospitality is excited to present the first annual AANHPI Eats Week - a culinary collaboration like no other. From Saturday, May 10 through Sunday, May 18, top Asian restaurants and chefs across San Diego are coming together to honor the flavors, stories, and heritage that shape our vibrant AANHPI community.
From bold Japanese izakayas to traditional Chinese kitchens, modern Taiwanese cafes to island-inspired Hawaiian fare, this citywide campaign invites diners to experience multi-course menus that highlight each restaurant’s culinary heritage and cultural roots.
AANHPI Eats Week is more than just a meal - it’s a powerful show of unity, creativity, and pride. It’s about honoring generations of Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander chefs, restaurateurs, and food traditions that have deeply enriched San Diego’s culinary landscape. By sharing their flavors and stories, these chefs are not only feeding our city - they’re helping to preserve and uplift the diverse cultures that define it.
Join us in supporting local AANHPI-owned businesses and savoring the dishes that bring San Diego together! Reservations are not necessary, but are highly recommended. Please email alexis@msghospitality if your restaurant is interested in participating or if you have any questions.
